not saliva saliva is helping our to good easily soluble. The Lyzosyme helping to digest carbohydrates partially and carbohydrates converted into maltose (a form of suger).

Answer: the saliva added breaks down the starch and coverts it to small sugar molecules and once the conversion of starch to suger molecules happen the color changes back. Please mark me brainliest
