We know 100cm = 1meter

Therefore

25cm=25/100 = 0.25meter

Total cloth 30meter to stitch a shirt 2m25cm is needed = 2.25meter cloth

So, total shirts can be stitched out of 30meter cloth = total cloth needs to stitch One shirt

as total shirts can be stitched out of 30meter cloth

= 30 -2.25 = 13.33

To stitch a shirt 2m25cm cloth is needed therefore to

stitch 13 shirts = 13 × 2.25 = 29.25m cloth needed

(1) out of 30meter cloth 13 shirts can be stitched

(2) Cloth remain 13 shirts total cloth-cloth used to stitch

Therefore Cloth remain=30-29.25 = 0.75m

Hence, 0.75meter cloth will remain.

25cm=25/100 = 0.25meter

To stitch a shirt 2m25cm cloth is needed therefore to

stitch 13 shirts = 13 x 2.25 = 29.25m cloth needed

(1) out of 30meter cloth 13 shirts can be stitched

(2) Cloth remain 13 shirts total cloth-cloth used to stitch

Therefore Cloth remain-30-29.25 0.75m

Hence, 0.75meter cloth will remain.
