◈ Total Number of shirts that can be stiched?

\huge\sf\purple{Steps}

So her first let's convert them to cm

◕ 1 m = 100 cm

Then,

➳ 2m 15 cm = 2×100+15 = \sf\red{215 \ cm}

➳ 38 m 70 cm = 38×100+15 = \sf\green{3815\ cm}

So now that we know what Cloth is needed and the cloth available, Divide them,that is,

»» \sf \dfrac{3815}{215}

»» \sf\orange{152.6}

But 0.6 is not a full shirt so, our Answer is \orange{\sf 152 \ shirt}
