Cloth required to stitch one shirt = 2m 15cm

2x100 +152×100 +15 = 215 cm

Total cloth available = 40m = 4000cm

No. of shirts that can be stitched = 4000/215 =184000÷215 = 18

Therefore,

18 shirts can be stitched from 40m cloth and 130cm cloth will be left.

Answer:

Cloth required = 2m15cm or 215cm

Total cloth = 40m or 400cm

So cloth left or remained = 400-215 CM =185 CM

or 1.85m
