To stitch a shirt, 2m 15cm cloth is needed. Out of 40m cloth, how many
shirts can best it ched and how much cloth will remain?

Given, Cloth required to stitch one shirt =2m 15 cm
= 2 × 100 ± 15 cm
= 215 cm

Given, length of cloth =40 cm
=(1m =100cm)
=40×100
=4000
Number of shirts that can be stitch and the cloth remains
=4000 ÷ 215
=18 ± 130
