$= > 175cm$
Total cloth available=153m
$= > 15300cm$
Now,
Number of uniform that can be stitch by 15300cm of cloth=
$= > 15300 \div 610$
$= >87 \frac{75}{175}$
Hence,Number of uniform stitch=87
And,remain cloth=75m
