I uniform=1.75 m cloth
x uniforms=153 m cloth
153/1.75=x uniforms
x=87.428
x uniforms=153 m cloth
153/1.75=x uniforms

here you go....
cloth for 1 uniform =1 m+75 cm
=1m+0.75
1.75m
cloth for out of 153 m=153÷1.75
=87.42 dresses
we can say it can be made total 87 dresses and 0.42 as left out cloth.
