- Using Lens Formula , (1/f)=(1/v)−(1/u)
- put f=f , u=−f/2
- we get v=−f
- As v is negative , the image is in the same side as of object so image is virtual because we have used a convex lens.
- magnification m=(−v/u)=−2 so the image will be double of the object in the size.
