 \mathfrak{ \huge{ \red{ \underline{ \underline{ANSWER}}}}}

  • Given :

=> length of train A = 110m

=> length of train B = 100m

=> velocity of train A = 40km/h = 11.11m/s

=> velocity of train B = 39km/h = 10.83m/s

  • To Find :

=> times require to overtake other train

  • Formula

=> relative velocity Vab = Va - Vb

=> time = total distance/relative velocity

=> Here, total distance = 110+100 = 210m

  • Calculation :

=> Vab = 11.11 - 10.83 = 0.28m/s

=> time = 210/0.28 = 750s
