Given : A cone of height 24 cm and radius of base 6 cm is made up of modelling  clay.

Child reshapes it in the form of a sphere.

To Find :  the radius of the sphere

Solution:

Cone Molded using clay and reshaped into sphere

Volume of cone = Volume of sphere

Volume of cone = (1/3)πr²h

r = radius of cone = 6 cm

h = height of cone = 24 cm

Volume  = (1/3)π * 6² * 24

= 288π  cm³

Volume of sphere = (4/3) πR³

R = Radius of sphere

= (4/3)πR³

(4/3)πR³  = 288π

=> R³ =  216

=> R = 6  cm

Radius of Sphere = 6 cm
