\red{\bold{\underline{Law\:of\:De finite\:Proportion}}}

\rule{200}{2}

This Law was given by a French scientist named Joseph Proust which states that in any Chemical compound the ratio of its constituents elements is fixed by mass and it doesn't depends on the method of prepration.

\red{\bold{\underline{{  Solution  \:    with\:  Explanation\:  \:  :}}}}

In 1st Experiment

Mass of Magnesium - 0.243 g

Mass of Magnesium oxide - 0.4030 g

Mass of Oxygen - 0.4030 - 0.243 → 0.16

Ratio of Mg to that of Oxygen - \red{\frac{0.243}{0.16}}1.51875

In 2nd Experiment

Mass of Magnesium - 0.182 g

Mass of Magnesium oxide - 0.302 g

Mass of Oxygen - 0.302 - 0.172 → 0.13 g

Ratio of Mg to that of Oxygen - \red{\blue{\frac{0.302}{0.13}}}2.324
