fist let us take a parlleogram
now let us divide it into 2 traingles
let recall a property of a traingle
sum of 3 sides of triangle is 180 degrees
a +b + c = 180 degrees.[1]
so 1 triangle is 180 degrres
now
in traingle abd ,
also
a +b+d = 180...[2]
now on adding [1] and [2]
=>( a + b+c) +( a+d+b)
=> 180 +180
=>360 degrees
hence proved
