start your browser.
under the "File" menu click on "Open Page" ...
in this new box, click on "Choose File" (if you cannot fill-in the file's location directly)
once the file is found (in the "File Browser" window), click "OK"

1:open the browser
2:press calt +o a open dialogue box will appear select the file location
3:then select the file you want to view
4:the browser will open the file for you
