Ahom ruled in the basins of the Brahmaputra and the valleys in Assam for nearly 600 years. Ahom rule is the only tribe defeats Mughal Empire for 17 times in a battle. The Ahoms and fought against the Mughal and won every time. They are the only dynasty not fall on Mughal Empire.
