"Hope you are doing well my dear little sister! Today I was to Conway a life lesson to you. You know very well about my laziness and health issues related to that and for them i have been tried to find cure since long and finally i have got it. It is exercising. Exercising helped me a lot to overcome my laziness stress and other health related issues. Initially it was difficult for me to do it but later with self motivation i achieved it. I hope you too to learn from it and get some time out off ur daily routine for exercising.
