Today I got that why A + B = C
Mg + O↓2= 2MgO
So Mg is A, O is B and the product
2MgO is C...
IS IT CORRECT???❤❤

No , it's incorrect

c = MgO

Managing the Valencies by crossing each other you will get only 1 valence in magnesium and oxygen.

So it's MgO

Anonymous: Mg + O2= MgO....Mg=1 O=2 and in RHS Mg = 1 & O = 1.......so after balancing..... Multiply 2 to the RHS oxygen that is 1×2 so 2 to oxygen and to magnesium too....its the answer... aaryathengane29 : ))
