today is my english board exam (code 101) i want to know which all types or formats of letter will be there for formal letter?? and will there be informal letter as other option too ...? in letter?!

Enquiry letter or letter to editor and placing order is mainly asked .

It's not necessary that informal letters would be given as optional.
