Today my maths exam did not go well and I'm feeling stressed. What should I do?

plain and simple bro just chill out, the paper is already out and worrying to paper doesn't affect ok on your Mark move forward and prepare for next paper and Best of luck

I also can relate to that situation, to overcome this, we should always keep our body healthy, especially we need to rest.

1.) Sleep early, don’t sleep late at night.

2.) If you’re having issues in your subject, always ask your teacher or classmates for help. ( Or you can use Brainly for help. )

3.) Also, If you’re having trouble sleeping, try using hot chocolate or warm milk. Don’t drink energetic liquids such as soft drinks at night.

4.) When it’s the weekends, you can try to study your subjects to understand them

Lastly, don’t be disappointed at yourself when you didn’t do great at your exam, the reason why is because we can learn through our mistakes, and there is always next time.
