Today's Oklahoma constitution is not the same as the constitution that voters, Congress, and the president approved in 1907. If you had the chance to be one of the writers of the Oklahoma constitution, what would you have wanted to include? Which of the measures in the constitution would you have liked to leave out? Explain your answers.

Both New Mexico and Arizona were applying for statehood, but the federal government was wary of the large polygamous populations in the area.  I would have changed that Amendments proposed by voters should not be a thing because I think that is more mob rule than a democracy.  I would have changed up some of the labor laws like I think than women over the age of 16 should be able to work in mines.
