today the upper age group is overcrowded. why?

upperage is overcrowded but not very much in india its overcrowded in china and other countries like japan and america in china its because of single child policy and in other countries because they get aware of the effect of increasing population and now approx every family want short family they dont want to give birth to more than 2 child
