Math, asked by Anonymous, 1 year ago

today was my Icse maths exam and it was awesome... I am having only one doubt....
In one question it was given to find the factors.... The answer was (2x-1)(x+1)(x+1)...At the end I wrote that the factors are (2x-1)(x+1) and (x+1)....I have written (x+1) twice... Will it result in loss of marks.... Plzz be quick in answering...

Yes you may lose two marks
One for wrong answer
One for wrong process.

But I did it right
I also gave my icse boards exam today......

hi its Mayank and I think that marks shall not be be deducted because if it is of 2 or 3 or 4 marks question you might have given the process then by seeing the process examiner can understand that you know the topic well and by some mistake you have written x + 1 twice so he will not deduct your marks but you must also see that you may not repeat the same mistake.

Mayank9432: does it helped
Mayank9432: then give it brainliest
Anonymous: Are u an icse student??
Mayank9432: yes
