imagine me as the 7 y/O girl who is innocent... and I don't remember the date of the snowday so am just gonna put today's date n time instead.
17th December 2020

Today was a good day. In fact, it was the best day because it was my first snow day. I woke up at 7 pm as usual. mama was in the kitchen and dad was getting ready for work. He opened the curtains as he does everyday after we kids( me n my bro) wake up and to his surprise, everything was white. at first he thought something was wrong with his eyes..but he finally realised it was snow, told us!!! I was so excited. and me being the typical 7 y/0 kid started asking all types of questions about snow to my parents to which they answered surprisingly. I've never been so fascinated in my life. I kept staring out of the window.
we decided to go out and have some fun in the snow. so soon after breakfast, we got into warm clothes and got down to the road..it had stopped snowing an hour ago but the streets were still covered in snow. White white everywhere.
I picked up some of the snow...brrr...it was so cold...colder than the ice in our refrigerators! my brother is only 2 y/O so he can't do a lot with snow...i wanted to have a snowball fight but you know what...mama said no. so that was pretty much it..we clicked a few pics and went back home! I was hoping for dad to come home soon from work so that we could play with the snow for sometime. but unfortunately,the sun came out and the snow melted away in an hour.
I was a bit disappointed but the excitement would last forever. this is a day I will cherish throughout my life. so yeah!
