today while I was using my redmi note 8 pro ,it suddenly started to restart, but when the restart reaches the mi logo screen the phone turns off again. and this process keep on repeating but the phone doesn't boot up. can someone please help me ​

Redmi Note 8 Pro mobile can have a reboot loop if mobile cache memory is full. To fix this issue, you have to clear your mobile cache.

Three week before my phone restart continuously for many times (only show Redmi name then blank screen again Redmi name with vibration continuos till power down).Somehow managed by pressing Volume up and power button it restarts properly and i started using my mobile same situation happened 3 times.

Two days before again same issue happened but nothing works really felt worried and today i went to Mi service centre in Porur with convincing mind even data lost is not problem but need my phone back and they checked for a hour told that some IC not working properly need to change Mother Board it costs around 6300rs.

But i wont convinced just year before bought how come it will happen mobile looks like new one , never dropped or slipped or spilled with water then how it will be possible without damage. I said no to them and back to home with confused mind.

By evening i went to local shop near by home and shown my mobile explained the problem they said may be side power and volume button got short .So, that it continuously restarting it may cost around 300 shall i change it he asked me.

I looked him with doubtful but he said with more confident (In my mind even@ Mi service centre they cant do it , may he try to cheat me). I said ok to proceed ,anyhow my mobile gonna be dead without board change lets try a chance.

One hour later he called me and said he took to another shop they saw four cases like this changed battery for them it works will you ok to proceed to change battery . I dont have option i need mobile with functioning so i told ok . Again two hours passed by 9 pm he called me and said your is ready no battery change battery is ok it was in dry stage now looks good after charged and they only changed side (Volume & power)button strap it was got short .Finally he gave my phone with working condition without data lost. Fate.! my mobile have solution at shop near by my home.

So dont always go trust with service centre may be they always looks for money even for small problem forced to change entire thing or might not know some low level solutions always follow their own set of rules.
