The covid-19 pandemic/ disaster was one of the most stressful and challenging time for us as a nation and individually.

Ideally, you may communicate your feelings to others without worrying about being rejected or humiliated. The most healing thing a person can say is, "This terrifies me, I feel sad, indignant, and out of control and I don't know how to repair it." and then hear someone else say, "Yeah, me too, let's stick together and support one another, okay?"

I think it would be pretty darn good to be able to prevent it. People who lack this experience loneliness on top of everything else, which can lead to a full breakdown. Realizing that you are not broken will aid in your growth.

Realizing that no one can tell you that you need to be fixed or that you require some sort of tune-up can assist you. It will be easier for you to comprehend that, even if you did overreact a little or if your emotions were more intense than those of those around you, there is nothing fundamentally wrong with doing so.

As long as it didn't negatively impact your well-being or, obviously, the well-being of others.

Since nothing can ever be used as an example of what is being experienced as "normal," there really is no such thing as having a "normal" reaction to something.
