Hey Mate!!!!

Gender determination is banned in hospitals because many people with orthodox thinking wanted a boy and if the baby inside the mother's womb was a girl they used to kill it before birth.. Due to which today the government have banned gender determination before birth.

HOPE IT HELPS

bhagatshweta13: 1.Surgery can be used to prevent frequent or unwanted pregnancies however, this method can be used by people for gender-selective abortion as happens in illegal female foeticides.

2.As a result of prenatal gender determination the child-gender ratio is declining at an alarming rate in many of our societies.

Therefore, prenatal gender-determination has been prohibited by law.

hope this helps!

it is banned because people misuse this facility. they kill girl child and want a male child. If they get to know that there is a girl child in the womb then they prefer to kill her bcz of bad social thoughts. they think that only boy child will run their clan and females are bad for them.
