It is called Tollens' reagent, from the name of Bernhard Tollens who invented it. It has no chemical formula, being a mixture of Silver Nitrate and Ammonia in solution. Its active ingredient is Di-ammine-silver(I) complex ( [Ag(NH₃)₂]⁺ ). Alternatively, aqueous ammonia can be added directly to silver nitrate solution.
