We have to basically find the hypotenuse in this question... So , it will go as this...
Height = 12m
Base = 9m
Hypotenuse = X
Hypotenuse square = height square + base square
X square = (12 × 12) + (9 × 9)
X square = 144 + 81
X square = 225
X = √225
X = 15
Therefore the slide itself is 15m long
Height = 12m
Base = 9m
Hypotenuse = X
Hypotenuse square = height square + base square
X square = (12 × 12) + (9 × 9)
X square = 144 + 81
X square = 225
X = √225
X = 15
Therefore the slide itself is 15m long
