D. 20:21
the time in which tom will jump 8 times jerry will jump 6 times
so the time in which tom will jump 40 times jerry will jump 30 times
also,
the distance covered by Tom in 7 Jumps is equal to the distance covered by Jerry in 5 Jumps
the distance covered by Tom in 42 Jumps is equal to the distance covered by Jerry in 30 Jumps
so u can see by the time jerry will jump 30 times tom will jump 40 times but for the distance which jerry is covering in 30 jump tom will have to jump 42 times...
so the speed of tom is less than that of jerry...
so the answer is clear...
20:21
and if u are Cartoon lover then u would have known for sure who runs faster in tom nd jerry :-) :-)
