Given :

Tom’s salary is 125% of Tina’s salary
Tito’s salary is 80% of Tina’s salary
The total of all the three salaries is Rs.61,000

Let the salary of Tina's salary be x

A/q

=> x + 125% of x + 80% of x = 61000
=> x + 1.25x + 0.8x = 61000
=> 3.05 x = 61000
=> x = 61000/3.05 = 20000

Now,
Tina salary = x = Rs 20000

Tito’s salary is 80% of Tina’s salary
= 80% of x
= 0.8 × 20000
= Rs 16000

Hence,
Tito's salary is Rs 16000

Let tina's salary be y
then Tom's salary be y × 125÷100
y × 5/4
5y /4
now, tito's salary be y × 80/100
4y / 5

according to question
 \frac{5y}{4}  +  \frac{4y}{5}  +  \frac{y}{1}  = 61000 \\  \frac{25y +16y + 20y }{20}  = 61000 \\  \frac{61y}{20}  = 61000 \\ y =  \frac{61000 \times 20}{61}  \\ y = 1000 \times 20 = 20000 \\
here tina's salary is 20000
hence titu's salary is 20000×80/100
20000×4/5
4000×4=16000
