Answer :-

checking all Alphabet patterns at same position,

first alphabet :-

→ T - 4 = 20 - 4 = 16 => P

→ P - 4 = 16 - 4 = 12 => L

→ L - 4 = 12 - 4 = 8 => H

→ H - 4 = 8 - 4 = 4 => D

second alphabet :-

→ O + 5 = 15 + 5 = 20 => T

→ T + 5 = 20 + 5 = 25 => Y

→ Y + 5 = 25 + 5 = 30 = 4 => D

→ D + 5 = 4 + 5 = 9 => I

third alphabet :-

→ M + 6 = 13 + 6 = 19 => S

→ S + 5 = 19 + 5 = 24 => X

→ X + 7 = 24 + 7 = 31 = 5 => E .

→ E + 6 = 5 + 6 = 11 => K .

as we can see that, wrong alphabet is third as here they are not increasing or decreasing in same order .

→ 13, 19 , 24 , 31

→ 14 , 19, 24, 31

→ 13, 18, 24, 31 = + 5, + 6, + 7

therefore, we can conclude that, PTSQ is wrong in series .
