too confusing question plz help someone...

When we put the question in a tablular form we get that every date leaving 18, and 19 is repeating.
So, Bernard don't know the date properly, but he knows the month
As, 18 and 19 isn't repeating these unique no. are not the real dates.

So, now remains the months august and july
from there he conculdes that the possible dates are july 16 aug 15 and aug 17 ans is july 16
