Mrs Pumphrey was pampering Tricki, which spoiled him. She used to feed him extra snacks, cupcakes and chocolates, which was becoming a habit for him. Whenever Tricki asked for more, she never said no, which made him more addicted to snacks, and he started falling ill. He became listless, obese and lazy. He was not an active and alert dog like others. Still she doesn't stops feeding extra snacks to Tricki, which actually made him weak. This pampering of Mrs Pumphrey spoiled Tricki.
