If the member in Lok Sabha would behave uncontrollably, then the speaker would get them to withdraw.

If the members disregard the authority of the chair, then the speaker would suspend them. Speaker has the rights to disqualify the member.

According to the constitution, the speaker’s judgment is last. There is no contradiction between the speaker’s judgment.
