Toothbrush bristles are made of nylon, but handles are made of plastics. Give reasons.

nylon is a polymer . so it tends to have large number of small units joined strongly. This will make them more strong and durable. This will make the bristles not to undergo any kind of loss ( to a large amount ) when brushed against the teeth in mouth. They are strongly abrasive
