Vitamin D rich foods include fatty fish such as swordfish, salmon, tuna & sardines. Some other additions are beef liver and free range egg yolks. These foods are the rich natural sources of vitamin D, and the fatty fish can alone cover your required daily value. Mushrooms, when grown in the sun may contain a high amount of vitamin D. Raw milk from grass fed cows (not your packet milk from commercial dairies), and some varieties of cheese also contain a decent amount of Vitamin D.
