topic A MEMORABLE DREAM
Answers
Answer:
dreams are what a person sees and hears in their mind when they are sleeping they are often similar to real life in some ways but can also be very strange dreams can seem so real while they happen that the person might think that there are awake when actually they are asleep.
sometimes a person realises during a dream that they are dreaming but keep having the dream this is called lucid dream this happens very little for most people but for some people it happens often during lucid dream the people feel like they are controlling the dream and will usually dream that they are doing fun things they cannot do in the real world
most people remember their dreams in some way or another even if it is only small part with children very likely to remember most of their dreams clearly it is often easier for people to remember dreams if they write down what happened in their dream just after the wake up because of this many people have dream diaries where they can describe each dream they have
I’ve had a few dreams where I was being chased by a wolf. I’d see it a long way off in the distance and it would begin to run toward me. I’d attempt to run away from it, but I could never run more than two steps and fall down. I’d get up and attempt to run again with the same result. The last time I had the dream, I tried my hardest to run from it. This time I was successful and I was able to get to safety. I woke up from my nightmare with all of the covers off the bed and my legs wildly churning.I realize now that the reason I always seemed to fall down was because my legs were underneath the covers. In each of my dreams, I always woke up prior to the wolf getting to me. Sometimes screaming at the top of my lungs. This happened at college and my roommate was attempting to wake me up as I’d woken him with my screams.Since then I’ve woken my wife a few times with my talking in my sleep. Most recently she told me I was growling like a bear. She’s glad these dreams are few and far between.
