Good to know that you are a student of Computer Science. I am also studying Computer Science and Engineering and in 3rd year now.
A GOOD COLLEGE is not the only thing that helps you make your career better.
I have seen people from top colleges of India roaming around without jobs or working for jobs with less salary as less as Rs.3000/month.
I have also seen people from NOT SO GOOD COLLEGE become entrepreneurs or work in and outside India for the salary on 1–8 lakhs/month.
Now coming to your question. You have mentioned that you have less programming skills.
What really matters is whether you are interested in programming or not.
If you are interested in programming, then make your basics strong in basic languages such as C, C++. Then learn languages like Python, Java, etc.
If you are interested in programming, the domains you should be looking forward to(according to me) would be
Iot
Machince Learning
Forensics and Security
Artificial Intelligence
If you are not interested in programming, improve you skills in web design and development. There are many tools(drag and drop) which lets you create a website without coding.

Operation Research
Ethical Hacking(There are lots of tools available and you dont have to be good at coding)
