Importance of health and fitness

 

Being healthy & fit are among few great paramount of good living. Our life style decides that how much we are healthy. Achieving personal fitness & good health are essentials for success of our personal & professional life. Maintaining healthy & fit life has great effect on our social & personal life because it is a way life. It helps us to prevent from infections, dieses & common flus. We should go gym or do Yoga to be in good shape & size all the time as par our body need or recommendation by trainer or doctor. Fitness plays a big role in our day to day life. If we are healthy then we will take care of house & if we keep house in order then our body will also in balance defiantly. A good body is home for great mind. So we consider the hygiene & cleanliness of our body a prime priority. Also we should teach kids & students about the role of activeness & outdoor game for good health. We remind for daily health activities like jogging & running or Push. As par health survey a fit body is always more immune to health problems & disease.
