2.stomach gastric gland pepesin, hcl , mucus. to create acidic medium to activate pepsin and mucus to protect lining of stomach
3.. duodenum(small intestine). gall bladder, pancreas,and intestinal juice. a) bile, b) pancreatic juice(trypsin and lipase) c) intestinal enzymes(not specified). a) to create basic medium and to emulsify the huge fat globules into smaller one. b) to break protein, to break fat. c) finally converting protein into carbohydrate(glucose) and fat into amino acid and glycerol.
