Hi friend....here is your answer :

Climate is the statistics of weather over long periods of time.It is measured by assessing the patterns of variation in temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind, precipitation, atmospheric particle count and other meteorological variables in a given region over long periods of time. Climate differs from weather, in that weather only describes the short-term conditions of these variables in a given region.

A region's climate is generated by the climate system, which has five components: atmosphere, hydrosphere, cryosphere, lithosphere, and biosphere.

EFFECTS OF CLIMATE :

Climate change is not something in the far-off future, but something that we will experience in our lifetimes. Many of the impacts of climate change are already being felt around the world.

Some of those effects include: widespread melting of snow and ice around the world, rise in global sea levels, ocean acidification, coral bleaching as well as loss of biodiversity.

Scientists are also tracking changes with respect to weather patterns and extreme weather events.

HOPE YOU GOT THE ANSWER.....FRIEND....!!

Human activity includes the pollution that arises from industrial activity and other sources that produce greenhouse gases. These gases, such as carbon dioxide, have the ability to absorb the spectrum of infrared light and contribute to the warming of our atmosphere. Once produced, these gases can remain trapped in the atmosphere for tens or hundreds of years.

CAUSES OF CLIMATE CHANGE

Produced primarily through the burning of fossil fuels (oil, natural gas, and coal), solid waste, and trees and wood products. Deforestation and soil degradation add carbon dioxide to the atmosphere, while forest regrowth takes it out of the atmosphere. Carbon dioxide’s lifetime in the atmosphere cannot be represented with a single value because the gas is not destroyed over time, but instead moves among different parts of the ocean–atmosphere–land system. Some of the excess carbon dioxide is absorbed by natural processes, but some remains in the atmosphere for thousands of years, due to the slow process by which carbon is transferred to ocean sediments.

Effects of Climate Change

Climate change can really have a lot of negative consequences. It is important to do something about it to help decrease the amount of change that occurs and make it not happen so fast. At some point, the earth will be too hot for people to live comfortably if we don’t make some changes. It is already having and impact on the plant and animal life, and if you really don’t want to see it get much worse- it is time to go green.
