My duty towards my country is moral commitments and performing all the individual responsibilities. The duty is a responsibility so every person has some or the other duties in their life towards their family and friends.
Duties of a person towards country are very important to maintain its dignity, bright future and the nation towards a developed country. People in any country must follow the rules and their duties towards the nation. A citizen living in a society, community or country has various duties and responsibilities towards the society, community and country.
India is a religious, traditional and cultural country, famous for the unity in diversity. It is needed from the end of the citizen to keep the nation clean, free of corruption, free of social issues, crimes against women, poverty, pollution, global warming, etc. to develop the nation. People need to understand their duties towards country instead of blaming the governments for each and everything. Every person has individual responsibility for the growth and development of the country. People should never forget a famous quote said by Lao Tzu that, “the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step”.
India is the biggest country with diversity in religions, cultures and traditions and I believe this makes India stand out and I am proud to be an Indian. But as India is developing country it is taken off by many issues from corruption to pollution to much more. The difference between the acquired citizenship after stay and that of being a citizen by birth is that, when a person acquires it, it is to be by an application for citizenship. When a person is born in a place, he is automatically a citizen of it and does not have to apply for it.
India is a country of “Unity in diversity” where different community peoples live together at one place and share their culture with one another. In India, there is a big gap between rich and poor people. Rich people are very selfish and they do not follow their duties towards the country. They forget their responsibility of economic growth of the country, which can help to eliminate the poverty from the country.
The citizens of a country are solely responsible for the development of the country. Everyone is aware of their fundamental duties. So look at the points that make us a good and responsible citizen
People should obey all the rule and regulations made by the government. They should respect the authority and do not break the rules and try to motivate others to do the same.
The above poverty level people should leave the gas subsidy for poor peoples.
People should take help of acts like RTI, RTE, etc. to remove the corruption from society.
People should pay proper taxes on time.
People should vote intelligently.
Crimes must be reduced. By providing employment to the people.
Everyone should take part in cleanliness campaign to keep the surroundings and locality clean.
Everyone should be honest and loyal to the country and fellow citizens, they must have the feelings of respect social and economic policies for the welfare of the country.
People should help the poor and needy people
People should provide great hospitality to both foreign and local Tourist.
No matter, a person is at any profession like a doctor, engineer, teacher, lawyer, etc. firstly he or she is a citizen of India. So, everyone should remember to follow their duties towards the country.
