Uniform civil code is the proposal to replace the personal laws based on the customs of particular religious community in India with a common set of laws for every citizen. . These laws are some how different from public law and they include marriage, divorce, inheritance, adoption etc. this is main topic of discussion bcz of triple talaq, 'nikah halala' and polygamy among Muslims. Bcz Triple talaq allows a Muslim man to divorce his wife by just uttering the word 'talaq' three times and this is community based rule not government law.
