We convince the school authorities by saying that this could be strictly followed that no kids were playing in road, there will be a playground in school and children have to play on it, not in the road.

"All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy"
This is what is being taught to us in the school.
Every child along with studies needs to participate in extra curricular activities.
Without a playground , its unimaginable for children.
A playground is necessary for every school.
I would write a letter to the principal about the necessity of a playground for children.
Till the playground is available, certain alternate arrangements can be made like ,taking the children to a nearby park under the supervision of the respective teacher.
