Hence,

4x+5x=150000

9x=150000

x=16666.6(approx)

INVESTMENT OF KARAN=4×16666

= 66667rs

INVESTMENT OF ARJUN=5×16666

= 83333 rs

They made a profit of 20 % by selling the land

=20/100 × 15000

=30000₹ ( Profit )

They Sold it for Rs.150000+30000=180000
