• go to a silent place and focus on those subjects which are important like science and maths
• study for 30 minutes then take a break for 10 minutes
• in this 30 minutes you can read the two pages of any one subject perfectly and carefully
• while the 10 minutes break go and walk for 5 minutes and the rest of 5 minutes just try to you remember the things that you have studied before taking break
