When pendulum is not loving, Potantial energy is possesed by the pendulum.When it moves its Potantial energy gets converted Into Kinetic energy . When it teachers extreme position it again posses Potantial energy . when it moves it posses kinetic energy . again when it comes to the starting position it posses Potantial energy.and then when it moves fro(on the other side) its Potantial energy gets converted Into Kinetic energy, again when it reaches the extreme position it gains Potantial energy.......

Yes but it stop on its own after sometime because of air resistance and many other factors...but it doesn't means that energy is destroyed
