Answer:

Let income of Ramesh  be Rs.x, income of Suresh be Rs.y and income of Preeti be Rs.z

We are given that total income of Ramesh, Suresh and Preeti is 807000 rupees.

x+y+z = Rs. 8,07,000  ........................(1)

 Percentage of Ramesh's expense 75%; savings 25%

Hence his savings Rs. (25x/100 )

Percentage of Suresh's expense 80%; savings 20%

Hence his savings Rs. (20x/100 )

Percentage of Preeti's expense 90% ; savings 10%,

Hence her savings Rs. (10x/100 )

Ramesh savings / Suresh savings = y = \frac{85}{64}x

Ramesh savings / Preeti savings = z=\frac{15}{8}x

Substitute the values in 1

x+\frac{85}{64}x+\frac{15}{8}x= 807000

x=192000

y = \frac{85}{64}x=\frac{85}{64} \times 192000=255000

z=\frac{15}{8}x=\frac{15}{8} \times 192000=360000

Ramesh's savings = 192000\times (\frac{25}{100}) = Rs.48000

Suresh's savings =255000 \times \frac{20}{100} = Rs. 51000

Preeti's savings = 360000 \times \frac{10}{100}= Rs. 36000
