Well here is your explanation

We know for 1 mol of Ammonium Dichromate we have:

(1×2) 2 mol Nitrogen,(4×2) 8 mol Hydrogen,2 mol Chromium,7 mol Oxygen.

Multiply these by Avogadro’s constant (6.02 × 10^23) and that will be the number of atoms for each element in one mole of ammonium dichromate. and then add them all. It's the result.
