Given :

Current through the conductor , I = 4 A .

Time of flow of current , t = 1 s .

To Find :

Total number of electron present .

Solution :

We know , current is given by :

I=\dfrac{q}{t}

Here , q is the charge and t is time .

So , q=I\times t              ..... ( 1 )

Putting value of I and t in equation 1  .

We get , q=4\times 1 = 4\ C .

Therefore , total charge is 4 C .

Therefore , number of electrons is given by :

n=\dfrac{Total\ Charge}{Charge \ on\ one \ electron}\\\\n=\dfrac{4\ C}{1.6 \times 10^{-19}\ C}\\\\n=2.5\times 10^{19}

So , total number of electrons are 2.5\times 10^{19} .
