- Total Number of Legs of Lions and Peacocks = 120
To Find :-
- Number of Lions in Zoo = ?
- Number of Peacocks in Zoo = ?
Explanation :-
Let we Suppose that,
- No. of Lions in Zoo = x
- No. of Peacocks in Zoo = y
As we know,
The Lions have 4 Legs and Peacocks have 2 Legs.
Now Subtracting Equation 1 from Equation 2
Now Substituting the value of 'x' in Equation 1
Hence, the Number of Lions and Peacocks in the zoo is 20 and 30 respectively.
